Paul Carson has decided in a moment of madness to walk to Bury on 3 March as part of the Huddersfield Town ‘Walk for Pounds’ event in aid of the Keep It Up campaign to raise funds for the charity Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

The walk will start at 4am (unheard of for me!) and he will hopefully arrive in time for the big match kick off at 3pm. They will hopefully see a victory for Huddersfield Town, and at least they won’t have to do the return journey by foot! With over 100 walkers now taking part there should be many familiar faces to provide encouragement and hopefully they will not be in need of the charity’s services myself as a result of the walk!

Anyone who wants to sponsor Paul in my efforts for this worthwhile and lifesaving cause please visit www.justgiving.com/Paul-Carson0.
