    Further to our previous blog regarding upcoming changes at Companies House, the latest announcement details an increase in the fees charged for the service and filing of documents with effect from 1 May 2024.

    The fees are set on a cost-recovery basis, meaning fees must cover the cost of the services delivered and there is no profit made on the charges. Increases in the most common charges applied (when filed via digital channel) are as follows:

    Registration of Ltd Co / LLP£50
    Confirmation Statement£34
    Change of name£20
    Registration of charge£15
    Voluntary strike off£33
