Richard joined Simpson Wood in 2021 and is a director in the firm’s Tax and Estate Planning Services department. He advises on both personal and corporate taxation, and provides tax planning advice and assistance with HMRC disputes.
He started his tax career at the old Inland Revenue in 2001 before seeing the light and moving into private practice. He qualified as a chartered tax adviser in 2008.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, working out, gardening, and following the fortunes of Bradford City.
