Academy Schools
Simpson Wood already act for a number of academy schools and we are able to provide guidance and advice throughout the conversion process and help with the schools ongoing annual requirements.
Each academy will need to appoint external independent auditors to provide annual audit assurance to the members of the charitable company running the academy. We act in this capacity for many charitable companies, including academy schools. We can also provide additional external assurance work throughout the year, assisting responsible officers etc. ensuring compliance with the Academies Financial Handbook.
In addition, we are able to provide payroll services if required, click here for more details on this service. To discuss how we can help your academy please contact us.
